An Invitation

Why partner
with the Congress

For three days in October 2027, oncologists, urologists, gynaecologists, sex therapists, psychologists, nurses and patient advocates will gather in Szczecin to put one question at the centre of cancer care: what becomes of intimacy after a diagnosis?

The Congress is the first of its kind — a deliberately interdisciplinary forum where laboratory science meets clinical practice, where survivor voices share the stage with surgeons, and where industry partners are not merely visible but materially part of the conversation.

This prospectus sets out, plainly, what a partnership comprises: who you will reach, what we will deliver, when commitments are due, and the standards under which all commercial relationships at the Congress are conducted.

Planned scale300–400 delegates from at least 10 countriesForecast for the first edition, not a guarantee. Confirmed figures are reported to partners within 30 days of the Congress.

An Honest Account

What partnership means here

Smaller and more deliberate than the major society meetings. What follows is the character of the gathering, and the seriousness with which we treat a partner’s participation in it.

i.

A considered audience

The Congress is, by intention, smaller and more deliberate than the major society meetings — closer to a working seminar than a trade floor. Delegates arrive having chosen this conversation specifically. That is the room our partners join.

ii.

Partners as contributors

Industry partners are recognised as part of the conversation, not branded around it. Sessions are co-developed with chairs. The partner is acknowledged as a supporter of the designated session. The treatment is editorial, not ornamental.

iii.

A conversation that continues

What is said in Szczecin does not stay there. Proceedings, recordings and summaries carry the dialogue forward to colleagues who could not attend — and the partners who made it possible are credited at every step.

Industry-supported sessions

An industry-supported session is held alongside the official scientific programme. It is clearly identified as sponsored and does not influence abstract selection or the independent scientific sessions. The Scientific Committee approves the content.

Confirmed in writing at booking

Duration · Room and guaranteed minimum capacity · Day and time · Whether the session runs parallel to other sessions · Whether catering is included · Who bears speaker fees, travel and accommodation · Whether the partner may propose the topic and speakers · Who approves the content · Whether the session is recorded · How long the recording stays available · Whether educational points apply

How to Engage

The booking process

IIBooking paths available

Two routes lead to the same partnership. The Fast Track is built for partners who already know the tier they want and prefer to confirm in minutes; we collect creative assets afterwards. By Enquiry is the considered route — a short note opens a conversation with the sponsorship office.

Standards

Terms & conduct

Editorial independence

The Scientific Committee retains sole authority over plenary content, abstract acceptance and faculty selection. Industry-supported sessions are clearly labelled as such throughout the programme.

Compliance & disclosure

All commercial relationships are disclosed in accordance with EFPIA, IFPMA and local Polish standards. Sponsors confirm compliance with their respective codes of practice.

Cancellation

Deposits become non-refundable on signature. Should the Congress itself be cancelled or substantially deferred for reasons of force majeure, balances paid are credited to the next edition or refunded at the partner's election.

Brand use

The Congress name and marks may be used by partners during the partnership period, in accordance with brand guidelines provided by the organising office.

Patient & survivor presence

The Congress includes patient and survivor speakers. Partner content directed at delegates must respect the dignity and editorial independence of these contributors.

Data & reporting

Post-Congress reports state aggregate registration figures only — total delegates and the split by registration category. The Congress does not track delegate behaviour, so no behavioural or attendance analytics are produced or shared. No personal delegate data is shared with partners; all communications to delegates are issued by the Congress office.
